5 Mediterranean summer dishes that are always appealing<\/h1>\n

When temperatures rise, the way we feel like eating also changes. We look for fresh flavours, simple dishes and ingredients that fit with those meals that stretch out on the terrace. Mediterranean summer dishes<\/strong> are a good example of how a recipe does not need to be overly complicated to be enjoyable.<\/p>\n

We have selected five options from our menu that are particularly suitable for this time of year.<\/p>\n

1. Salt cod esqueixada<\/h2>\n

Few dishes represent Mediterranean cuisine so well. Salt cod is the star of a fresh, tasty recipe that is perfect for starting a meal when the heat is intense.<\/p>\n

It is one of those dishes that shows how simple ingredients can offer so much.<\/p>\n

2. Goat’s cheese salad<\/h2>\n

Salads are one of the great summer classics, but they do not all have to be the same.<\/p>\n

Goat’s cheese adds intensity and gives the salad more personality. A good option for anyone looking for a fresh dish without giving up flavour.<\/p>\n

3. Padr\u00f3n peppers<\/h2>\n

Small, easy to share and ideal for placing in the centre of the table.<\/p>\n

Padr\u00f3n peppers work especially well for those informal lunches or dinners where the idea is to order several things and share them. And, as tradition says, some are hot and some are not.<\/p>\n

4. Grilled cuttlefish<\/h2>\n

Grilling is one of the great allies of Mediterranean cuisine. It allows you to enjoy the ingredient without having to overcomplicate it.<\/p>\n

Cuttlefish is a perfect alternative for summer days and on our menu you can also find it as a combination plate with salad and potatoes.<\/p>\n

5. Grilled salmon with escalivada<\/h2>\n

To finish our selection of Mediterranean summer dishes<\/strong>, a combination of fish and vegetables.<\/p>\n

Grilled salmon served with escalivada is a tasty option for those days when you want to sit down at the table and enjoy a complete meal.<\/p>\n
